In stock items: Please allow up to 3 working days before shipping (this time allows us to do our final quality control inspection) before sending it out to you.
Custom made especially for you: These pieces will take between 4-6 weeks for production, each design varies, please check on the product page description for more specific time.
Rush orders – If you need your product in a more specific time, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com .We will try and accommodate you where we can.

Complimentary delivery on all orders over £100 worldwide.
Upon completion of your order we will notify you via email along with your tracking information. We send out orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and FedEx Priority Service, both tracked and signed for, for proof of delivery. Please be aware you may be required to send proof of identity before shipment, and will be required to sign for your delivery. It is therefore important that you are available to receive the delivery in person or should specify an alternative arrangement.
For all UK and domestic orders placed by 1pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Please note that it is the purchasers responsibility for any cost related to a packaged returned back to Klarity London due to multiple failed delivery attempts.
All international orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. Please ensure you check with your local customs office for the cost of you duty and VAT if applicable. The delivery service companies will usually release the parcel once the duties or VAT has been paid for, which are the responsibilities of the purchaser named on the invoice. Klarity London is not responsible for any returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.
